Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Startup - CA

About the Role :

We are looking for a sharp and driven Finance Manager - FP&A to own the end-to-end financial planning and analysis function. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, where you will work closely with business leaders to drive data-backed decision-making, improve financial performance, and support growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across the organization

2. Perform variance analysis (actuals vs plan) and derive actionable insights

3. Build and maintain robust financial models for strategic decision-making

4. Track and analyze revenue, CAC, margins, and unit economics

5. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

6. Support strategic planning, business reviews, and leadership reporting

7. Identify cost optimization and growth opportunities

Must-Have Requirements :

1. Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (non-negotiable)

2. CA Qualified (non-negotiable)

3. Proven experience working in team handling.

4. Background in startup/marketplace/internet companies (preferred)
