Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - QSR

Hiring: FP&A Head - Leading QSR Chain | Gurgaon

We are looking to hire an experienced FP&A Head for one of the leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chains, based in Gurgaon.

Role Summary:

This is a leadership role that will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving profitability, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function

- Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Preparation and review of MIS reports and dashboards

- Variance analysis and performance tracking against budgets

- Business partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership

- Driving profitability improvement and cost optimization initiatives

- Monitoring store-level performance metrics and KPIs

- Supporting strategic decisions, expansion planning, and investment evaluations

- Developing insights around unit economics, margins, and growth models

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Experience: 7-15 years of relevant experience

- Industry Requirement: Candidates must have exclusive QSR industry exposure

- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on financial modeling and reporting expertise

- Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and influence business outcomes
