Job Description

- Preparation of MIS at product level - P/L / Balance Sheet / Ratio's.

- Annual Budgeting / Forecasting and planning exercise for the organisation.

- Ability to perform variance analysis and provide explanations against budget / prior periods.

- Understanding of IndAS applicable to NBFCs (preferable).

- Interaction with Business / Product teams / Department Heads.

- Monthly tracking of P&L expenses including deep dive investigation of material breaks, root cause analysis and fixing the gaps.

- Preparing comprehensive costs dashboard for management review.

- Conducting adhoc analysis and addressing that comes up during the regular reporting process.

- Identifying Cost optimization opportunities and through detailed analysis of cost line items
