Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing

Role : FCCS and FPNA

Location : Bangkok, Thailand

1. FCCS Reporting & Consolidation

- Manage monthly and quarterly consolidation of Fibers segment entities in Oracle FCCS.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting in line with Group and Corporate deadlines.

- Prepare detailed variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.

- Coordinate with entity finance teams for intercompany eliminations, mapping issues, and adjustments.

- Support automation and enhancement of FCCS reporting templates and dashboards.

2. FP&A & Business Analysis

- Assist in monthly management reporting (MIS) and EBITDA bridge analysis for Fibers segment.

- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection, validation, and consolidation.

- Partner with sites to analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and identify cost or margin improvement opportunities.

- Prepare presentations for management reviews (Budget / Forecast / Actuals).
