Job Title: FP&A Manager
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead end-to-end annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for a large-scale revenue business.
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, costs, and operational metrics.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic and investment decisions.
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Own monthly MIS, variance analysis, and management commentary for senior leadership.
- Design and deliver executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reports.
- Analyze trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
Business Partnering:
- Act as a finance business partner to operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams.
- Lead cross-functional cost reviews and performance discussions to drive accountability.
- Support pricing, rate negotiations, and margin improvement initiatives.
Cost Optimization & Controls:
- Identify cost leakages and efficiency gaps, driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Review accruals, cost allocations, and invoices to ensure accurate month-end financials.
- Improve financial discipline through robust planning and review mechanisms.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Streamline FP&A processes and automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and close timelines.
- Implement scalable planning and reporting frameworks suitable for a high-growth environment.
Investor & Stakeholder Support:
- Support investor reporting, data room preparation, and due diligence activities.
- Present financial insights clearly to senior management and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage FP&A analysts, building a high-performing and analytical finance team.
- Drive best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the function.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with dashboards and reporting tools
- Excellent business acumen and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear executive insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in startups, logistics, e-commerce, or high-growth businesses preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified
