Job Title - FP&A Manager (US-FP&A/ Corporate FP&A).

Location Gurugram/Noida.

Applicants should be from -ITES/MNC/BPO/Business Consulting or SSC Industry.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

- Build financial models to assess business performance and scenario outcomes.

- Consolidate forecasts from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and alignment.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances vs. budget/forecast.

- Create management dashboards, performance KPIs, and executive-level reporting packs.

- Evaluate revenue trends, cost structure, profitability, and margin performance.

Qualifications:

- MBA Finance.

- 8+ experience in FP&A.

- Excellent MS Excel and Report Writing skills (Adaptive / Hyperion knowledge is must).
