Title: Manager Business Controller - FP&A (Global Services)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 4- 9 years (post qualification)

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, business- minded Finance professional for a dynamic role as Business Controller - Global Services with one of our multinational clients in the technology sector.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CFO, Global Services. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, controlling and business partnering to help drive strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and report monthly financials to leadership and HQ.

- Build forecasts, update databases of revenue & costs.

- Validate indirect cost allocations, invoicing & cost recharges.

- Drive annual budgets, multi- year planning and variance analysis.

- Partner with business lines to identify cost optimizations & savings.

- Support preparation of business cases and ROI analysis.

- Liaise with overseas accounting teams for IT cost allocation & intercompany recharges.

- Assess & recommend improvements to processes and controls.

- Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Who we're looking for:

- Chartered Accountant with 4- 9 years' experience in FP&A, MIS, analytics or business controlling (preferably in IT/technology services).

- Strong analytical mindset, ownership & attention to detail.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and think creatively.

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to VBA, SQL, Access is a plus.

- Collaborative and proactive, thrives in fast- paced environments.
