Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Pharma - CA

Role : Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze profitability across Product, Category, Channel, Business Segment & Company level

- Ensure accurate and timely daily flash reports, monthly P&L, and management reporting packs

- Perform detailed analysis on sales, margins, expenses, and variances

- Track and analyze trends in sales, marketing spends, distribution costs, highlighting productivity and outliers

- Support annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and target setting in collaboration with business teams

- Conduct Sales, GM, EBITDA & Profitability analysis

- Support leadership reviews through structured monthly performance reviews with financial & non-financial commentary

- Identify cost optimization opportunities to improve unit economics across products and channels

- Partner closely with Accounts, Business & Support teams for provisions and monthly book closures

- Assist in ad-hoc financial and strategic projects

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualified with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A / MIS

- Prior experience in D2C, startup, consumer-focused organizations

- Industry exposure preferred: Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

- Excellent command over Advanced Excel, Power BI, PPT & reporting tools

- Working knowledge of SAP B1 and Tally
