The FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis and will partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities -:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts for all business units.

- Develop accurate sales, production, and expense forecasts aligned with seasonal demand patterns.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and identify key drivers.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for leadership and board reviews.

- Deliver P\&L bridge analysis and working capital reports.

3. Financial Modeling

- Build and maintain models for profitability, cash flow, and scenario planning.

- Support ROI analysis for marketing campaigns and capex projects.

4. Strategic Business Support

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial plans with S&OP.

- Provide insights on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and margin improvement.

5. Process Improvement

- Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and dashboards for efficiency and accuracy.

- Implement best practices for forecast accuracy and financial governance.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with supply chain and plant teams to integrate operational metrics (OEE, yield) into financial planning.

- Support leadership in strategic initiatives and board presentations.

Requirements

- Education: CA inter / MBA /ICWA in Finance or equivalent.

- Experience: 5-8 years in FP\&A or corporate finance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling

- ERP systems (SAP/SAP-BI or similar)

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

Behavioral Competencies:

- Ability to influence stakeholders

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail and deadline orientation
