Job Description:

We are hiring an FP&A professional for a reputed group in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical capability and 3+ years of post-qualification experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

- Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, and business performance insights.

- Build and manage financial models for decision support and scenario planning.

- Collaborate with business teams to track key metrics and support strategic initiatives.

- Analyze cash flow, working capital, cost structures, and profitability trends.

- Support management reviews, board presentations, and financial reporting.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data.

- Continuously enhance analytical dashboards and reporting tools.

Requirements:

- CA qualified (cleared in 1, 2, or max 3 attempts).

- 3+ years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and business analytics.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
