Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts based on historical data, operational metrics, and upcoming projects.

- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.

- Taking ownership on implementation of financial processes for new business initiatives

- Analyse business performance on various dimensions on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.

- Generate detailed financial reports, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow analysis, and departmental performance summaries.

- Provide actionable insights on volume, revenue streams, cost efficiencies, and service line profitability.

- Track and analyze KPIs relevant to company operations, such as customer revenue per visit and cost per procedure.

- Actively driving projects associated with data analytics and profitability assessment.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare finance regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks by maintaining robust internal controls.

- Partner with department heads to align budgets with clinical goals and patient care priorities.

- Serve as a liaison between finance, operations and patient care teams to align financial outcomes with healthcare delivery excellence.

- Interaction with stakeholders (mainly internal) to acquire business insights.
