Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join a reputed MNC in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a proven track record of successful stakeholder and team management, preferably within the FMCG, Food Processing, Beverages, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end FP&A function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Drive financial analysis to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Develop and implement strategic financial models to support business growth and decision-making.

Stakeholder and Team Management:

- Serve as a key business partner, managing relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Reporting and Compliance:

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, performance dashboards, and variance analysis.

- Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

Core Experience:

- 12+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams.

Technical Proficiency:

- Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Industry Experience:

- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Beverages, Retail, or Manufacturing is required.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
