Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Advisory Team

The Manager will be responsible for leading financial operations within the Financial Services vertical of our advisory firm. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with expertise in the insurance sector, capable of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with financial standards. The Manager will focus on enhancing financial processes and delivering insightful financial analysis to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

1)Project and client management: Manage client relationships ensuring timely and effective delivery and lead project teams.

2.Technical accounting and reporting in BFSI sector: Provide guidance on technical accounting matters, such as GAAP conversions (e.g., local to Ind AS/US GAAP/IFRS), and assist with financial reporting requirements.

3.Strategic advisory: Support BFSI clients with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

4.ERP and technology support: Assist BFSI clients with ERP implementations, including process mapping, data migration, and the development of chart of accounts and reconciliation procedures.

5.Regulatory compliance: Ensure financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective and assist BFSI clients with capital market readiness.

6.Business development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals, pitches, and client discussions to help grow the CFO Advisory practice.

Required Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

Preferred Experience:

- Team Handling Experience is a must

- Post-qualification experience of 6-7 years in finance teams of insurance companies or within the Financial Services vertical of an advisory firm.

- Experience in GCC or Audit/Assurance work is not preferred.
