Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Location- Mumbai

The job role primarily comprises of FP&A activity for Gyproc business. Role broadly includes providing key insights to management team through various analytics of business performance. Facilitate decision making process through effective evaluation of different scenarios. Drive budgeting, forecasting and planning process. Partners with business functions on strategic projects for improving growth and profitability.

Job Description:

- Responsible for month-end related activities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials to the group.

- Circulation of various MIS reports to group and internal management

- Analysis of financial performance of business. Providing insights into the business leadership team for decision making

- Preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast, long range plans, scenarios and reports

- Cash flow and working capital management

- Digital projects for improved analytics and processes

- Market intelligence

- Pricing analysis and new product pricing

- Structure cost analysis

- Strategic projects - Tariff / Non-Tariff measures, growth initiatives, new business evaluation, growth capex etc.

Educational qualification: CA / CMA

Nature of experience:

- Sound exposure to FP&A profile in a manufacturing environment

- Agile finance business finance partner.
