Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals.

- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.

- Analyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and provide actionable insights.

- Partner closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to track performance and improve efficiency.

- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.

Candidate Requirement:

- Qualification: Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: 7+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance.

- Industry: SaaS experience is good to have, preferably from a subscription-based business.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Primary Job Profile: Financial Planning And Analysis (FP&A).

- Technical Skills: Budgeting and Forecasting, Finance strategy, Financial Planning.
