Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and analytical professional for the role of Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The incumbent will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic financial support to leadership teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and hands-on expertise in financial modelling, reporting automation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly financial reports including:

- Profit & Loss Statement

- Balance Sheet

- MIS & Management Reports

Conduct detailed analysis of:

- P&L performance

- Budget vs Actuals

- Business KPIs

- Variance analysis and trend reporting

- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across business functions.

- Monitor overhead spends and support budgetary control initiatives.

- Identify and control revenue leakages through detailed financial analysis.

- Develop business dashboards and KPI trackers using Power BI and Excel.

- Perform profitability analysis, benchmark analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ratio analysis.
