Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

FP&A Manager | Delhi / Bengaluru / Remote.

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations across a multi-entity, multi-geography setup.

You'll own:

- Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Management reporting for leadership, auditors, and funders.

- Statutory compliance (GST, income tax, audits).

- Finance SOPs and process automation.

- A team of 23.

You bring:

- 8+ years in FP&A with team management experience.

- Strong statutory compliance knowledge.

- Excel fluency; Zoho Books or QuickBooks a plus.

- Comfort working lean hands-on when needed, strategic when it counts.

- 12-month minimum commitment.
