Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (Female) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Your insights will directly impact our ability to optimize revenue, manage costs effectively, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, enabling proactive financial management.

- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting key performance indicators and financial results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Partner with business units to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, aligning financial plans with strategic objectives.

- Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and business opportunities, supporting informed decision-making.

- Implement and maintain revenue assurance processes to minimize revenue leakage and maximize profitability, safeguarding financial integrity.

- Lead revenue planning activities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and sales forecasts, driving revenue growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret financial models, budgets, and forecasts, providing data-driven insights.

- Proven expertise in conducting variance analysis and identifying key drivers of financial performance, enabling proactive problem-solving.

- Strong understanding of revenue management and revenue assurance principles, maximizing revenue potential.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving work environment in Bangalore.
