Role Overview:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to senior management. This role involves collaborating closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives. Your analysis and recommendations will directly impact key business decisions and contribute to the company's overall success. This position is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance and support strategic planning initiatives.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis of key business drivers, trends, and variances to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.

- Prepare and present insightful financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.

- Monitor and analyze actual performance against budget, providing timely and accurate variance analysis to identify areas of concern and potential corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Provide financial support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration activities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced spreadsheet software.

- Proven expertise in conducting in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.

- Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, with the ability to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
