Role: FP&A role

Reporting to: Head Corporate Planning

Place of Posting: Mumbai HO- (Andheri- Marol)

Job Purpose:

The candidate will be responsible to assess the profitability, liquidity and stability of the company through various analytical reports and assist the management with the information to make strategic, operational, and tactical decisions

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead analysis of financial statement, balance sheet and cash flow

- Spearhead for Annual Budgeting exercise & ensure completion within the prescribed timelines

- Efficient Cost management & effective cost reduction across businesses

- Drive business profitability through monitoring and reviewing key financial metrics

- Preparation of business case, scenario analysis to assist senior management in taking appropriate decisions

- Monitoring performance of all businesses on a monthly basis and Analysis of financial margin

- Reviewing processes and suggesting/ implementing improvements & changes to current procedures

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for companys forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Prepare, analyze the functional as well as branch level P&L of the company

- Lead Annual Budgeting & Long Term Strategic planning process and reporting

- Compare the actual performance against the budget & provide a deep dive variance analysis to management

- Provide timely and accurate management financial reporting

- Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key business drivers such as yield, cost, product mix, etc. and coordinate related activities

- Provide all aspects of financial support for the planning process

- Provide business Support by working closing with each business head and their team

- Drives process improvements and projects as identified

- Periodic management reporting, updating reporting decks & management reviews as required

- Spearheading the periodic Management MIS Reporting & Presentations

Required Qualification: CA

Technical Competencies:

- Excellent communication, Strong negotiation and listening skills

- Experienced in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Access)
