Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager with 2-5 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing and mentoring a team of financial analysts.

This role is crucial for driving our companys financial strategy through in-depth analysis, accurate forecasting, and insightful reporting.

You will collaborate directly with senior leadership to support key business decisions and ensure financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure full alignment on all financial goals and objectives.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.

- You will provide critical insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process from end to end, including the preparation of budget templates and guidelines.

- You will develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results to identify trends and opportunities.

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- You will prepare financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.

- You are also responsible for generating and presenting accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning and reporting.

- You will implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting to enhance both the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Reporting: Experience in generating and presenting detailed financial reports to senior leadership.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
