Operational skills: - Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance Partner, Budgeting & Forecasting. - Strong experience in business planning interfacing with commercial and business teams. - Cost Focus, understanding of Capex - Return on Investments. - Knowledge of business/function & big picture thinking. - Communication and Art of Conversation. - Lead & conceptual application in business context. - Tech savvy - ability to understand the data workflows, and understand the usability of data including visualizations such as Tableau. - Significant exposure of retail industry. - Demonstrated expertise in implementing end-to-end analytical projects.
