Manager - Financial Planning/Analysis & Commercial - FMCG

Their is one good job opportunity for FP&A & Commercial Manager with our FMCG client based in London UK .

Educational Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years post qualification experience .

Reports to CFO-International Business Division & Business Manager UK.

Role & Responsibilities :

Finance& Commercial :

- To ensure and manage the profitability of the business unit.

- To take necessary measures to reduce the risk by advising the Management of the compnay by determining the areas of concern in every aspect of and bringing them to the attention of the interested parties Recommeding the effective use of resources to the management committee.

- Negotiating with Business associates/ Distributors on various financial issues.

- Quarterly Customer account reconciliation and balance confirmations

- Cost control & Profit improvement projects Processing Claims.

- Creating, advising and maintaining Pricing Structure.

Budget & MIS :

- Responsible for preparing, presenting and controlling the budget.

- Monitoring business performance of the unit againts budget & recommeding the management for course corrections in due time.

- Pricing decision to protect margin, calclulating distributor return on Investment & part of decision making team for distributor margins.

- Creating & Monitoring Secondary Sales & Stock MIS for each customer & SKU .

Compliance & Risk :

- Ensuring that company records are kept properly in accordance with local accounting standards, IFRS and other regulatory laws and regulations

- Ensuring compliance with all accounting standards. (VUK, IFRS, Indian GAAP)

- Ensuring that all transcations are conducted in compliance with the SOP and the Delegation of Authority

- To take necessary measures to reduce the risk of work by advising the Management of the compnay.

Supply Chain :

- Ensures timely availability of finished products in accordance with sales plan across different items and SKUs

- Meets FG dispatch requirement of Sales in liaison with production.

- Timely notice of changes in dispatch plans to all concerned functions.

- Provide plan to Planning based on need & demand.

- Ensure proper documentation & timely Clarence of containers at Customers end.

Others :

- Responsible for launching new systems and processes.

- Salary processing & filing of Payroll Tax returns

Audits :

- Ensures compliances for Internal,external &process audits.

- Reviewing all audit reports and ensuring that necessary actions are taken.

- Liaisons with State Tax authorities, Income tax authorities.

- Credit Control & credit insurance. Follow up on customers collection

- Tax compliances, Overheads booking, scrutiny
