Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

What You'll Do:

- Build and manage financial models, budgets, forecasts

- Analyze and explain variances; drive improvements

- Track key business KPIs

- Prepare investor reports, board decks, and handle routine investor queries

- Support due diligence processes

- Dive deep into business metrics and drive insights

- Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with key stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

- Strong grip on Excel, presentations, and financial tools (Tally a plus)

- High ownership, leadership, and problem-solving mindset

- Experience in service industries or startups preferred
