Manager FPA The requirement is further summarized as follows: - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) in compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Ensure consolidation of financials across multiple entities, including subsidiaries and joint ventures, in line with Ind AS/IFRS. - Apply deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and manage enterprise-wide chart of accounts and set of books. - Maintain and ensure the accuracy of enterprise-level general ledgers and support the month-end and year-end close process. - Provide analytical support to the finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Collaborate with internal and external auditors during statutory audits, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of audit queries. - Stay up-to-date with evolving accounting standards, regulatory changes, and internal policies. - Assist in various general accounting matters, reconciliations, and internal controls improvement initiatives. Key Requirements: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. - 3-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or FP&A functions. - Strong understanding of Ind AS / IFRS and financial consolidation principles. - Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise-level books of accounts. - Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
