Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals. This includes working with departments to develop annual operating budgets and track performance against targets. - Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers to support informed decision-making. - Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and analysis. - Reporting and Communication: Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and communicate financial performance to stakeholders. - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop budgets, and provide insights. - Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in financial planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Strategic Support: Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive growth. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools. - Understanding of business drivers and financial performance indicators. - Working experience on various AI driven systems. - Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, CFA/CMA/MBA ,CA and working with CA or Law firm added advantage - Experience: 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
