Manager - Financial Institutions Group - Bank

The Role :

You'll manage critical relationships with correspondent banks and FPIs, ensuring seamless transaction execution with a sharp focus on trade finance and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Deepen ties with banks, FIs, and FPIs to grow wallet share across treasury products (CDs, CPs, Bonds, Forex).

- Treasury & Liquidity: Support daily operations including Call Money, TREPS, and Repo markets while ensuring optimal ALM alignment.

- Credit Analysis: Conduct rigorous counterparty credit assessments and monitor risk exposures.

- Trade Finance & FPIs: Lead end-to-end execution of FPI transactions and establish RMA/Trade lines.

- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to RBI, FEMA, and internal policy frameworks, including ISDA/GMRA documentation
