Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professional with strong experience in M&A and transaction advisory to manage and execute financial due diligence engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute end-to-end Financial Due Diligence engagements.

- Analyze financial statements and assess historical and projected financial performance.

- Perform Quality of Earnings, working capital, net debt and cash flow analysis.

- Identify key financial risks, business trends and deal-related issues.

- Prepare and review FDD reports and client deliverables.

- Manage client interactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Supervise and mentor junior team members.

- Handle multiple assignments and ensure timely completion.

- Work closely with M&A, valuation, tax and other transaction advisory teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in managing and executing Financial Due Diligence engagements for M&A transactions.

- Strong exposure to M&A, Transaction Advisory, and Financial Due Diligence.

- Qualified CA preferred.

- Candidates with CMA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance) should have an additional 2+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

- Experience from leading consulting, Big 4 or transaction advisory firms preferred.
