- Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for Private Equity and corporate clients.
- Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) reviews, normalised EBITDA analysis, working capital assessments, and debt-like item evaluations.
- Review and analyse financial statements, management accounts, and databooks to assess performance and sustainability.
- Prepare comprehensive diligence reports summarising findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, valuation, and legal.
- Support SPA-related financial clauses, including net debt and working capital adjustments.
- Mentor junior team members and manage key workstreams.
- Present findings and deal insights to clients and internal leadership.
