About the Role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global engagement teams, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), transaction advisory, and financial analysis. The position involves leading due diligence projects, mentoring teams, and supporting clients in critical investment and deal-making decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assignments end-to-end.
- Analyze financial and non-financial data to evaluate business drivers, profitability, and deal risks.
- Prepare and review detailed due diligence reports and presentations for clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Guide and mentor team members on KPIs, key metrics, and project delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, logic, and presentation quality.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in capacity planning, competency development, and resource management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
Experience:
58 years (CA) or 69 years (MBA) of post-qualification experience in:
- Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory / M&A / Valuation / Investment Banking / Consulting.
Industry Exposure:
- Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Energy, Technology, or Infrastructure.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
Core Competencies:

- Excellent business writing and communication abilities.
- Leadership, client management, and team development skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured and organized approach.
