Responsibilities

- Review and approve commercial contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements as per internal policies.

- Analyze commercial terms, evaluate financial risk exposure, and ensure cost effectiveness.

- Validate business cases and perform ROI analysis for projects and key initiatives.

- Monitor budgets, track operational and capital expenditure, and ensure financial discipline.

- Support internal and external audits with audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification.

- 10+ years of experience in Financial Control, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance (minimum 5 years in internal audit).

- Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel & PowerPoint.

- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
