About the Role:

We are hiring for a Financial Controlling & Reporting Manager for a leading global diamond manufacturing company with operations across India, Europe, and Asia. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with group finance leadership and manage key aspects of reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting (Statutory, IFRS, MIS).

- Prepare annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts; perform variance analysis.

- Oversee cash flow and liquidity management, including borrowings and fund tracking.

- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with Indian AS, IFRS, and tax regulations.

- Drive accuracy in general accounting, fixed asset management, and cost control across entities.

Requirements:

- 5 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in financial controlling/reporting within a multinational manufacturing setup (mandatory).

- CA / CMA / ICWA

- Working knowledge of Indian AS, IFRS, SAP FI/CO, and MS Office.

- Moderate understanding of tax laws and strong analytical skills.
