Manager - Financial Control - CA
Designation: Manager Financial Controller.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Controller to lead the Group's financial planning, analysis, and control functions.
This role will oversee the entire finance operations, including FP&A, P&L management, MIS reporting, and critically, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
The Financial Controller will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic guidance to drive profitability and growth.
This is a senior strategic position requiring robust analytical capabilities, operational oversight, and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the Group.
- Drive the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor, review, and control the P&L across business units, ensuring alignment with financial targets and corporate objectives.
- Oversee and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) processes including vendor payments, expense management, credit terms negotiation, and ensuring timely disbursements aligned with cash flow strategies.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient collections, aging analysis, and minimizing credit risk and bad debts.
- Develop, implement, and improve MIS frameworks to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, analysis, and financial reporting processes.
- Identify and implement cost optimization and expense control measures across the organization.
- Design and enhance sourcing and pricing strategies to improve margins, drive profitability, and ensure competitive positioning.
- Evaluate and strengthen procurement processes and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and value creation.
- Establish pricing models and commercial frameworks in line with market trends and business objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance & Accounting plus CA Qualified.
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, P&L management, AP/AR oversight, and MIS reporting.
- Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of working capital management, including AP/AR cycles and cash flow optimization.
