Manager - Financial Analysis
Description:
- Lead, coordinate, and document financial analysis projects across the organization.
- Serve as the primary financial point of contact for external firms, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Direct and manage a team or section of financial analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Conduct and oversee complex financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Review, validate, and interpret financial data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide expert advice and direction to less experienced analysts to ensure analytical accuracy and consistency.
- Present financial insights, recommendations, and reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and best practices in all analytical activities.
Education & Experience:
- Masters degree or advanced professional qualification (MBA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory or people-management experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
