Manager - Finance - VC/PE Firm

We are looking for a finance Manger for one of the Leading VC/PE firm at their Bangalore Office.

The Ideal Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Managing accounting for 5 countries - India, Singapore, Mauritius (major ones), and smaller entities in the US and UAE.

2.Handling statutory audits and monthly book closures.

3.Own month-end book closures, ensuring accuracy and audit-readiness.

4.Lead statutory audits for all entities with Big 4 firms.

5.Maintain books in a way that supports both statutory audit and MIS reporting.

6.Ensure audit documentation and reconciliations are always updated, especially for interim/final audits.

7.Work in a weekly/monthly cadence, not just annual reporting.

8.Working knowledge of Ind-AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP is necessary.
