Role Overview:

The Manager - Finance will be responsible for overseeing treasury operations, banking relationships, and fund management activities. The role requires strong hands-on experience in managing multiple banking relationships, ensuring compliance, optimizing liquidity, and handling foreign exchange exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fund Management & Treasury Operations

- Monitor daily cash flow positions and ensure optimal utilization of funds

- Manage working capital efficiently, including liquidity planning and deployment

- Handle short-term and long-term fund planning strategies

- Coordinate with internal teams for fund requirements and disbursements

2. Banking & Financial Institutions Management

- Independently manage relationships with 2 to 7 banks

- Negotiate banking limits, interest rates, and credit facilities (CC/OD, term loans, etc.)

- Handle documentation, renewals, and compliance related to banking facilities

- Ensure smooth coordination for fund transfers, payments, and banking operations

3. Treasury & Forex Management

- Manage foreign exchange exposure including forward booking and hedging strategies

- Track currency movements and advise on risk mitigation

- Execute and monitor forex transactions in line with company policies

- Work closely with export/import teams for forex planning

4. Export Finance & Compliance

- Handle export-related financial transactions including LC, BG, packing credit, and bill discounting

- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and banking regulations for export/import transactions

- Liaise with banks for export documentation and realization of proceeds

5. Bank Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

- Ensure adherence to all banking covenants and compliance requirements

- Maintain updated documentation for audits and regulatory inspections

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for treasury and banking-related audits

6. MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare and present MIS reports related to cash flow, banking limits utilization, and treasury performance

- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management

- Develop dashboards for fund tracking and financial decision-making
