Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Finance Transformation professional with 710 years of experience in driving finance process improvement, operating model transformation, performance management, and digital finance initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong core finance expertise combined with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Asset Management environments.

The role will partner with CFOs, Finance Leadership, Investment Teams, and Business Stakeholders to transform finance functions through process optimization, automation, governance enhancement, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Transformation:

- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), FP&A, Treasury, and Controllership.

- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for finance organizations.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and governance improvements.

- Identify efficiency opportunities through technology enablement and process re-engineering.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Improve budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

- Develop management reporting and KPI frameworks.

- Build dashboards and analytics for finance leadership.

Private Equity / Venture Capital Finance:

- Support fund accounting, portfolio performance reporting, investment monitoring, and investor reporting.

- Enhance fund governance, valuation processes, and financial controls.

- Work closely with investment teams to improve reporting and decision support.

Digital Finance & Systems:

- Drive ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).

- Partner with technology teams for automation and reporting solutions.

- Leverage Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with CFOs, Fund Controllers, Investment Partners, and senior leadership.

- Manage multiple transformation workstreams and ensure timely execution.
