Finance Transformation Manager - Management/Strategy/Business Consulting Domain

We are a recruitment search firm hiring for a global leader in consulting industry, seeking an experienced professional with 9+ years of expertise in finance transformation. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, driving process optimization, efficiency improvements, and business transformation. The ideal candidate will enhance financial processes, work closely with stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, and support operational excellence in finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead efforts in optimizing finance operations, including finance assessment, defining target operating models, business process improvement, enterprise transformation, and implementing finance technology solutions.

- Finance Function Expertise: Provide insights into core finance and accounting functions, managing areas such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Report, Acquire to Retire, and Forecasting & Planning.

- Digital Delivery & Automation: Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and automation technologies such as Alteryx to modernize finance transformation efforts.

- Quality & Risk Management: Ensure high-quality project execution, managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations while proactively identifying risks and strategic improvements.

- Project Oversight & Management: Drive projects from initiation to completion, advising clients on operational transformation, process automation, and finance function alignment with corporate strategy.

- Cross-Selling & Business Development: Support client engagements, identify business development opportunities, and strengthen consulting service offerings to enhance business growth.

- Industry Research & Market Focus: Conduct industry analysis, identify benchmarking opportunities, and advise on strategic growth initiatives tailored to evolving market demands.

- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting talent development.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with senior executives, private equity partners, and CFO offices, advising them on strategic decision-making and finance transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institution with 8-12 years of experience, preferably in a large consulting firm.

- Expertise in finance transformation, business process improvement, shared services, and technology enablement.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and automation technologies (Alteryx).

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to conduct fact-based analysis, and apply business process mapping techniques.

- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments and managing complex finance projects.

- Willingness to travel internationally (short-term US assignments for client workshops).
