Manager - Finance Process Transformation

Role: Manager, Finance Process Transformation (Captive Shared Services).

Company: Listed manufacturing company.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana.

Responsibilities:

- The goal of this position is simplification, automation in shared service environment including Account payables, Receivables, GL and other processes.

Functional Requirement:

- Working knowledge of all technologies used for the purpose of automations like RPA etc.

- In depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead the projects for simplification and automation.

- Understanding of sub system and t-codes.

- Supervisor in SAP(FICO Module)is added advantage.

- Actively Derive new initiatives including evaluation, discussion and selection of vendors/implementation partners.

- Timely delivery of projects in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.

- Identification of gaps in existing processes, support and drive closure of related projects through automation in SSC verticals.

- Good stakeholder management.

- Commitment to ethical behavior to adhere to all company policies and current laws.

- Can do attitude with good analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.

- Able to connect, evaluate vendor, involve in vendor selection and functional negotiation.

- Prior experience of working in Indian Captive Shared services or Matured Captive SSC.

Technical Requirements:

- In depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead the projects for simplification and automation.

- Understanding of SAP sub system and t-codes.

- Must have extensive knowledge of all technologies used for the purpose of automations like RPA etc.

- Identify and provide Digital solutions to key process gaps and drive closure of related projects through automation in SSC vertical.

- Skilled to prepare the Multiple business cases and project charter understanding the financial flow or the organization.

Qualifications/ Experience:

- CA, CA or MBA finance.

- 7-10 years experience in managing manufacturing company's financial process automation/ digital transformation within shared services.

- Broad experience in managing finance automation across SSC processes: O2C/ P2P/ R2R/GL/ etc.

- Should have good communication, team management and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience of working in domestic Captive Shared services or Matured Captive SSC.

- Should have managed team in transformation stream.

- Six Sigma Green-Belt or Black-Belt and PMP certifications are added advantages.
