Finance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in financial controls, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, Direct Tax, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management.

- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and key ledgers.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.

- Assist in implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and business support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances.

- Experience in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reporting.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
