Position: Finance Manager (CA Must)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 4+

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis; provide insights to improve financial performance.

- Accounting & Reporting: Prepare MIS, P&L, and Balance Sheet as per IND-AS; ensure accuracy in plant-level accounting and expense control.

- Cost & Profitability: Manage product costing, BOM analysis, and segment-wise profitability; drive cost optimization initiatives.

- Cash Flow & Capex: Handle cash flow planning, funding, and ROI/IRR evaluation for projects; manage bank coordination and treasury.

- Compliance & Controls: Ensure GST, TDS, and PLI compliance; support audits and strengthen internal controls.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team; drive performance, process improvement, and regulatory awareness.
