A leading global financial institution is looking for a seasoned Audit Manager - Finance to join the team in Gurgaon. If you have deep expertise in Finance audit, regulatory reporting, capital, liquidity, or treasury and you thrive as an Individual Contributor leading end-to-end audits - this could be your next big move.

What you'll do:

- Lead Global Finance audits - from scoping to execution to final reporting

- Assess key risks, control design & operating effectiveness

- Identify control weaknesses and present findings to senior management

- Act as SME on IFRS, RWA, Capital reporting & other regulatory matters

- Work across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, high-impact environment

We're looking for:

- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)

- 12 - 15 years total experience, with 8+ years in Finance audit

- Audit Lead experience statutory audit of banks (Big4) OR internal audit lead (Finance) in Big4 / financial institutions / consulting firms like Protiviti

- IC role only this is not a team manager position

- Open to relocating to Gurgaon

- Strong spoken & written communication skills

- Open to candidates from Indian Banks & MNCs

Added advantage:

- Regulatory reporting (RWA, LCR, NSFR, PRA110, Capital, MREL, FINREP)

- Data analytics tools (Alteryx, Python)
