FINANCE MANAGER - Industrial Refrigeration & Engineering Solutions | Hyderabad | Full-Time

About the Opportunity:

A Hyderabad-based industrial refrigeration and engineering solutions company is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence across its business. This is a hands-on finance leadership role reporting directly to senior management, requiring a finance professional who combines technical expertise with strong business partnership capabilities.

Reporting To: MD / Senior Management

Experience: 8 to 12 years with 2 to 3 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent role

Qualification: CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance and Leadership:

- Support development and execution of corporate financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

- Partner with senior management on strategic planning, capital structuring, and business initiatives.

- Provide financial analytics and insights to support executive decision making.

- Advise management on debt management and cash flow optimisation strategies.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units.

- Drive profitability analysis by product, customer segment, and channel.

- Ensure robust management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and treasury functions.

Compliance, Taxation and Audit:

- Ensure full statutory compliance Income Tax, GST, TDS, and Companies Act.

- Manage external auditors and ensure clean and timely statutory audit processes.

- Oversee internal audit function and strengthen financial controls.

Working Capital and Cash Flow Management:

- Optimise cash flow, inventory, receivables, and payables management.

- Improve working capital efficiency and liquidity planning.

- Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and funding requirements.

Team Leadership:

- Build and mentor the finance team incorporating automation and ERP workflows.

- Foster a culture of financial accountability and data-driven decision making.

What We Are Looking For:

- CA or ICWA from a reputed institution - mandatory.

- 8 to 12 years of progressive corporate finance experience with 2 to 3 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance role.

- Hands-on experience in ERP systems - SAP, Oracle, or Tally preferred.

- Strong understanding of inventory valuation, corporate tax, and working capital management.

- Good communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
