They are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support the organization's continued growth.
Position Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, treasury, and business finance functions. This role requires a strategic finance professional who can partner with senior leadership while ensuring robust financial governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Management:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with senior management in business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Provide financial insights, profitability analysis, and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support investment decisions, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Monitor business performance through MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Conduct profitability analysis across projects, customers, products, and business units.
- Recommend cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the complete accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Maintain strong financial controls and accounting policies.
Compliance, Taxation & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure audit readiness.
Treasury & Working Capital Management:
- Manage cash flow, banking operations, treasury, and liquidity planning.
- Optimize working capital by improving receivables, payables, and inventory management.
- Monitor fund utilization and support debt management activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
ERP & Process Improvement:
- Drive finance process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems for finance and accounting operations.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and data analytics.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA / CMA (ICWA) mandatory. MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, EPC, refrigeration, or project-based organizations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Internal Controls & Audit
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally ERP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
