Role : Finance Manager

Industry Type : FMCG (Food) - Manufacturing

Department : Finance & Accounting

Education : CA (not more than 3 attempts), MBA Finance

Experience : 3-5 years

Role & responsibilities

- Handling team of 2-3 resources who are doing Accounting in Zoho

- Month end finalization processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, Variance analysis, Budget, Forecast.

- Annual Finalization of Books and Schedule III format of Company Accounting.

- Working Capital (AR, AP, Inventory) and Cash Flow Management

- Support in Fund raise and related documentations

- Help to develop project plans and monitor their timely completion

- Market analysis, Industry analysis, Business plan, extract data from financials and Zoho to give insights to Management

- Analyze large data sets from business systems (like Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Amazon, etc.) to provide actionable insights from Financial Management perspective

- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends,

- Responsible from Finance for new Systems & process implementation.

Essential Skills required

- Proficient Zoho, Tally Accounting Systems Knowledge

- Self Learner

- Effective communication skills and working with cross-functional team members and management.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Proficiency in Accounting concepts, financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting

- Must be from FMCG background or at least Manufacturing background

- Must be conversant with D2C, QComms & MT business models and flows.

- Excellent Excel skills

Good to have

- Ability to create financial models (cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L , CAPM, payback, CBA, business valuation, equity analysis, Investor deck ,forecast.and various models)

- SAP exposure
