Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead financial reporting, month-end closures, and MIS, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.

- Strengthen internal controls, statutory compliance, and audit readiness, ensuring adherence to accounting and regulatory standards.

- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost management, driving operational efficiency and profitability.

- Manage tax compliance and partner with business leaders on financial planning, expansion initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 8 years of experience preferably within the F&B or retail sector.

- Strong experience in financial reporting, AP/AR processes, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory accounting.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
