Manager - Finance - Family Office - CA

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Experience: CA with 2-6 years PQE

CTC: 16-22 LPA

Role Overview:

Support the CFO across financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, and strategic finance for multiple group entities. Drive governance, automation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements, MIS, budgets, and forecasts (Ind-AS).

- Manage Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC compliance and filings.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.

- Support cash flow, investment portfolios, and wealth structuring.

- Lead process automation and strengthen governance.

- Manage stakeholders (banks, consultants, auditors) and a small team.

Skills & Qualifications:

- CA with strong accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting experience.

- ERP, MS Office, automation skills; Big 4 experience preferred.

- Exposure to family office/PE/investment structures is a plus
