Role Overview:

The Hiring Manager - Finance role at Agarwal & Saxena is a critical position responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This role involves working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and control costs. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial health and sustainable growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the annual budget, working with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Oversee cost accounting activities, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.

- Manage the audit process, coordinating with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets.

- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making, including investment opportunities and pricing strategies.

- Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.
