- Proven capability in working capital management, specifically within the logistics or e-commerce sectors where inventory and cash cycles are critical.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.

- A professional qualification such as CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute, reflecting a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.
