About the Role :

We're looking for a Manager Finance who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between exporters and financial institutions. You'll collaborate with NBFCs, banks, and SME exporters to structure financing solutions, evaluate creditworthiness, and enable seamless access to working capital. Working directly with the founders, you'll have the opportunity to influence finance operations, partnerships, and product development while solving real-world trade finance challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze customer financial statements and prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Assessment) data for banks and NBFCs.

2. Structure and manage supply chain finance products, including invoice financing, export factoring, import financing, and working capital facilities.

3. Evaluate financial covenants such as Current Ratio, Debt-to-Equity, TOL/TNW, DSCR, and other credit metrics.

4. Act as the primary interface between customers and financial institutions by managing documentation, resolving queries, and driving disbursals.

5. Assess cross-border financing requirements for exporters and importers, including LC-backed facilities and Buyer's Credit.

6. Evaluate foreign currency exposures across USD, EUR, AED, and other major trade currencies.

7. Structure and evaluate foreign currency trade finance products, including Export Packing Credit (EPC) and Pre-Shipment Credit in Foreign Currency (PCFC).

8. Assess domestic and international business performance to identify the right financing solutions.

9. Support customers in understanding their financial position and improving their creditworthiness.

What We're Looking For :

1. 1 - 3 years of experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Credit Analysis, Banking, NBFC, or FinTech.

2. Strong understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

3. Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing CMA data.

4. Working knowledge of supply chain finance instruments such as invoice financing, factoring, and forfaiting.

5. Understanding of financial covenants and credit assessment frameworks used by Indian financial institutions.

6. Familiarity with foreign currency trade finance products and forex exposure management.

7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and engage confidently with customers and banking partners.
